Pick your coast. The calendar does the rest.

Every camp runs off a live booking calendar, so you see the real dates and the seats still open before you commit. Three locations, one protocol, and a coach who knows the ground.

Before you come

The things everyone asks first.

I have never done cold water before. Can I still come?
Yes, and most people at their first camp have not. The immersion is coached the whole way and scaled to the person standing in the tub, and you go in with a partner rather than alone. It is controlled exposure, never a dare. All levels, all ages.
What do I need to bring?
A towel, and something you can get in the water in. Everything else is set up for you when you arrive.
How long does a camp run?
About six hours, and it is a half day rather than a quick dip. You leave camp at 6:00 AM, climb from 7:00, eat at 8:00, move into the recovery session at 9:00, head back at 11:00 and arrive at midday. The full run is in the wellness schedule.
What actually happens, in order?
Transport from camp, a guided climb or outdoor activity, breakfast and coffee with the group, then the recovery session: cold plunge, hot pools, compression boots, infrared or hot rocks sauna and the steam room. Then back to camp by midday. The modalities are listed under Reset. Recharge. Reconnect.
Where do the camps run?
Three locations across South East Queensland: the Sunshine Coast home camp at Sippy Downs, plus hand-selected partner sites in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast. Each has its own live booking calendar under Book a camp.
What does it cost?
Packages are being finalised around the wellness experience, so there is nothing to quote off a price list yet. Send an enquiry with what you are after and we will come back with the detail and the cost.
How do I get hold of someone?
Call 0431 525 118 or email info@revivr.com.au. There is also an enquiry form if you would rather write it down.
